DAY 1

I have a planned route, or rather initial destination target. I chose COL 285 SECTOR JG-K B10-4 just 152.83ly away.
The computer says 7 jumps to reach it.

I am not planning to hang around these systems with Penelope (my Hauler) defenceless. I need to clear populated space quickly.

First Leg:-

1. ANTLIAE SECTOR ZZ-Y B0
2. HIP 48693
3. COL 285 SECTOR AA-D B14-2

DAY 2
I am feeling excited this morning. There are a lot of stars ahead. Still going to take things slow and careful though.
Next destination after breakfast.

4. COL 285 SECTOR WT-E B13-1
5. COL 285 SECTOR JR-V D2-52
6. COL 285 SECTOR PH-I B11-0
7. COL 285 SECTOR JG-K B10-4
As expected - 150ly out from populated space and no new discoveries so far.
I haven't seen signs of anyone for many hours and at least 5 jumps ago. I guess I can relax a little.

It's odd I'm out here so alone. I'm used to flying in-system, checking my radar and keeping watch on my six all the time.
This is so different, I like how relaxed I feel.
Plus Penelope's seat is so much more comfortable!
Well, that's me for the day.

DAY 3
I'm going to study the map this morning and find my next waypoint
I think my new destination is going to be: NGC 2632 SECTOR WO-R B4-1 386LY from here.
The last time I travelled that far I was on a capital ship and my fighter was in the hold!
The nav-comp says it's 18 long jumps. I want to go out quick again, so no hanging around.
1. COL SECTOR OC-TC4-16
2. COL SECTOR KW-U C3-1
I picked up a distress call here. my first instinct was to head for it and render assistance, but I couldn't take the risk that this was someone waiting to jump me.
I have no room for passengers and no way to offer aid either - not to mention no guns to fight with.
feeling slightly guilty I aimed the bow away and engaged FSD.
