Reynolds sat back in his captains wing chair and slowly breathed out in relief, it was almost as if the air of home were different, less intoxicating.

Indeed taking some respite and Translating out of Rumba had been a struggle, the Realms allure was considerable, however he had needed to clear his head, don familiar and stylish atire and regroup.

Upon arriving back within Maristow he had immediately stepped into his private retreat The Study, he really wasn't in the mood to deal with Aunt Catherine or become embroiled in the affairs of the estate.
He stood admiring the ornate wood panelling, his Louis XVI desk and the other elements of finery, he lifted the stopper of the crystal decanter however despite the mesmerising scent of aged French brandy he really couldn't stomach another drop of alchohol, at least not for a day or so.

He gave himself a good hour taking in the view from the The Study's window which currently looked out across the sweeping lawns of the Devon Estate. Feeling once again centred, he concentrated and began to translate, feeling his Prime form in Etheria disincorporate and return to Rumba.

"The show must indeed go on" he mentally chuckled and their grand show was this very night!
