Black cursed the world, and his rotten luck at being discovered so soon. Letting gravity have some of its pull back he dropped like a stone again.
As the wind rushed past he cast his searching eyes back towards the source of the tracer rounds.

The sky was filled with angry red hornets, the air hissing and boiling with their passage.

Black dropped into a cloud, his naked face immediately covered in water vapour, his telekinetic senses bombarded with the frenzy of movement around him, several rounds careering off his weakened shields.

He burst from the belly of the cloud, rotating with effort he saw the gloss black bullet shaped craft soar overhead, arcing downwards to the east with the intention of turning for another pass.
Make a Telekinesis roll?

The Worldlines laws of physics or inertia as it was termed, appeared like a jagged fuzz at the edge of Caleb Black's mind vision.
Momentarily it stopped or gave way, his descent abruptly stopped, the bullet shaped craft had by this time completed its turn, cannon blazing.

His telekinetic shields bolstered by the reprieve flickered under the onslaught, instead he was rocketed backwards.

<Fleshform protected by some form of kinetic field, unknown technology, commence transmission>

The wind buffeted him sideways but otherwise caused him no distractions. Concentrating quickly he set a partition within his own mind and locked his thoughts of remaining there, hovering far above the ground, within this new compartment, away from anything that coud break them.

With the speed of thought he cast his view far ahead, to the incoming missile. He could see it clearly, menacing in appearance, like a shark.

Again he concentrated, his thoughts now of a time without electricity, without computers, where everything was just…. Off.
He sent that single all-consuming thought at the drone like a shell from the barrel of a cannon. It was not aimed at the body of the drone as a whole but at the cluster of sensors perched atop the shark’s nose like spider’s eyes.

The electrokinetic surge whipped across the intervening sky pushing through the morass, the missile wobbled, twisted and veered at a 25 degree downwards, however it then seemed to recover and regain altitude, reacquiring its target.

Black visibly relaxed as he saw his thoughts engulf the craft and its course waver. his mind was already racing ahead, calculating the possible consequences of this encounter. The machines would send something to investigate, that was for sure. He realised that he would have to lead the trail away from where he was truly heading and then double back later. he hoped that e would have an advantage in that he was likely to be the only human on this world that could fly without the need for a craft.
Black's head suddenly whipped up as the pitch of the machine's thrusters once again changed pitch and the craft re-adjusted it trajectory back in his direction.
His brows knitted into a frown of frustration.
12000 feet. Plenty of time yet.
He let himself fall, releasing his mind from concentrating on keeping him up. Instead, he projected his sight towards the object. He wanted his mind's eye to penetrate the thin plating of it's fuselage to see the workings within. Then, with a mighty mental yank, he would pull every tiny wire and thin hydraulic pipe that he could see from whatever it was connected to, destroying circuits and making the mechanical parts of the crafts controls completely inert.
With no use of it's control planes the craft would likely corkscrew out of control as it's jets powered it into a suicidal dive towards the ground.
